Here's the trick: aim the water jet at the latch on the top left and the holder unlocks and rotates automatically by 180°, mat and all. Both sides get washed – hands stay dry. No other mat holder can do this.

No. Washalia® works purely mechanically, using the water pressure already present at the wash bay. No electrical installation, no inspection.
