2. Accessing the website / server logs
When you visit the website, the hosting provider automatically stores technical data in server log files (IP address, date/time, page requested, browser/OS data). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure, stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany, under a data processing agreement.
3. Contact / enquiry form
When you use the enquiry form, we process the data you enter (name, company, email address, phone number, message) together with technical metadata (time, IP address) in order to handle your enquiry and contact you.
- Purpose: handling your enquiry, contacting you, advising you.
- Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Double opt-in: after submitting, you receive an email with a confirmation link. Only after confirmation is your contact added to our list.
4. Email delivery & contact management (Brevo)
For contact management, the double opt-in process and sending confirmation/information emails we use Brevo (Brevo GmbH, Cologne, Germany; parent Sendinblue SAS, Paris, France) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. See brevo.com/legal/privacypolicy.
5. Customer management (Odoo CRM)
To manage enquiries and customer relationships we use the CRM system Odoo (Odoo S.A., Ramillies, Belgium) as a processor under Art. 28 GDPR. See odoo.com/privacy.
6. Retention
We store your data for as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until you withdraw your consent. Statutory retention periods remain unaffected.
7. Recipients & third-country transfers
Your data is only shared with the processors named above. Where data is transferred to third countries, this is based on appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses).
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect – e.g. by email to info@washalia.at or via the unsubscribe link in any email. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in Austria: dsb.gv.at).
